Isn't that a good feeling to notice the weight loss. I feel the same way. I am less winded and feel better already. I notice it in my clothes too. I have lost 15.8 lbs. and I am glad we are all doing this together!
Humm, keep it up. Prove that you're more determined than those fat cells. Visualize them disappearing! You go, girl! I'm with you on this one.
